John Galt ... extremely rare British numberplate in America

My XTTZ? IT's an audi TT, so maybe a reference to the make? It's also an oddly shaped plate, it looks like a British numberplate.

Based on the license plate frame, maybe a combination of "Mod" and "Rocker". Mods and rockers were two conflicting British youth subcultures of the late 1950s to mid 1960s.
